• Tzatziki - Traditional Greek yoghurt-based dip flavoured with vinegar, olive oil, garlic, crisp cucumbers and fresh dill collected straight from local host’s garden
• Tirokafteri -Traditional Greek Feta Cheese spread flavoured with vinegar, Florina pickled sweet red peppers and olive oil
• Greek Village sausage from the mountain of Velouchi – local host’s village - The meat is not industrially processed, it is real meat, hand-cut and mixed with Greek herbs along with leak and wine
• Home-made bread

SALAD

• Traditional Greek salad - all ingredients are freshly bought from producers from the local food market

MAIN COURSE

• Slow-cooked lamb - Served with lemon potatoes in a traditional pot with wild oregano, orange and Greek Honey   

DESSERT

• Greek Cheesecake - A Greek version of the original cheesecake with fresh Peppermint and Greek yoghurt or;
• Patsavouropita - A sweet rag pie in crispy fyllo pastry along with the yummy custard

DRINKS

• Wine (Red or White home-made) and/or refreshments

AFTER DINNER DRINKS

• Traditional slow-cooked Greek Coffee or Modern Greek Frappe or herbal tea made by a mix of dried Greek herbs from the mountains of Attica and Velouchi
